Landlord Accreditation Scotland has created a programme of training designed to help MMR providers understand the relevance of the Letting Agent Code of Practice to their roles. It also covers relevant legislation and some of the issues that can occur during and after tenancies.
Module 7 examines how to deal with the abandonment of property, appropriate actions required, and the process involved if tenants do not leave properties on the stated end date.

Learning Format
A virtual classroom is a learning environment where participants can interact, communicate, view and discuss material, while working in groups, via an online platform. LAS use Zoom.
For MMR training modules delivered virtually, the webinar facilitator will confirm a delegate is present and therefore delegates need to be visible via camera or have made LAS aware in advance of why this is not possible.
