Mid Market Rent Compliance Programme Module 5 - Managing Ending the Tenancy
This module, delivered over two webinars, focuses on bringing a tenancy to a successful end, and the communication and organisation involved.
Description

It considers how to manage difficulties that may arise at the end of tenancies, through to ensuring the property is ready to re-market/for the new tenant to occupy.

- Bringing the tenancy to an end
- Inventory / check-out
- Tenancy deposits
Session 2 focuses on now tenancies are ended and dealing with difficulties. Topics explored include:
- Notice from the tenant
- Notice from the landlord
- Joint tenancies
- Change of tenant
- Check-out

Learning Format
A virtual classroom is a learning environment where participants can interact, communicate, view and discuss material, while working in groups, via an online platform. LAS use Zoom.
For MMR training modules delivered virtually, the webinar facilitator will confirm a delegate is present and therefore delegates need to be visible via camera or have made LAS aware in advance of why this is not possible.
